Site maintenance: visual keyboard shortcuts

Today I extended the site's visual and printing stylesheets to support the concept of keystrokes and keyboard shortcuts. This means that whenever you see a keystroke mentioned on a page, it will have a nice grey rectangle around it to separate it from the other content.
To see this in action, check the Inkscape Text Tricks, Restarting a Netware Server and the Macbook Clamshell Mode articles. Of course there are more articles sporting keystrokes, those have been updated as well.
Other than that, my Macbook is still in repairs and I probably will get it back early next week, but until I get it back I won't be able to work on most projects.
