Article: PNG Optimization

I added a short article about the optimization of PNG images to the site, including a shell script to automate the process.
This guide is based on an external Indopedia article which contains a lot more information. My main addition is the conversion script which makes it easy to convert lots of files in a single pass. I use this script excessively while adding content to my site, because it works well to reduce PNG image file sizes.
In unrelated news: I've begun adding the FFNCalc project pages, more on that soon.
