Site maintenance: template testing

You might notice a few small changes the coming days in the layout of the website as I'm testing and integrating code for new template functionality. I hope to introduce a completely new look for FFN this week, so stay tuned.

Today Philippe Gruchet sent me an improved batch of presets for the Diatonic Shifter Audio Unit. There are now more than 200 presets available, so take a look and experiment with them.
Site maintenance: enabling mod_deflate

With the recent server migration to Ubuntu 6.06 LTS I had disabled dynamic page compression. After testing for a week without problems I enabled mod_deflate again for about 50% bandwidth savings.
