Netware is a networking solution by Novell, it's been around for a few years now but it still serves a purpose. Sporting fine grained access control and security maintainable using a variety of interconnecting consoles and utilities, it's a versatile file and printer sharing solution. Amongst others.

Netware's natural habitat lies in the IPX/SPX transport protocol, but more recent versions also support TCP/IP for transport.
